These are the terms you agree to by using IncomeRPG. The most important one is the first: this is a tracking and entertainment product, not financial advice.
IncomeRPG reads your investment accounts, with your permission and on a read-only basis, and presents your holdings, distributions and progress as a game. It does not hold your money, execute trades, or interact with your broker beyond reading.
You must be at least 16 and provide accurate information. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in secure. One account is for one person.
Some features require Premium, billed through Stripe at $59.99 USD per year (yearly) or $34.99 USD per year (founder). Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until cancelled.
The figures shown come from your brokerage and from public market data. We take care to be honest about what we can and cannot know — where a number cannot be verified, the app refuses to show it rather than estimating. Even so, data can be delayed, incomplete or wrong, and you should treat your broker's own statements as authoritative. Do not rely on IncomeRPG for tax filing.
Do not attempt to break, overload, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorised access to the service, use it unlawfully, or resell it. We may suspend accounts that do.
The IncomeRPG name, artwork and software are ours or our licensors'. Some artwork is used under open licences that require attribution — see Credits. Brokerage names and logos are the trademarks of their owners and are shown only to indicate which services can be connected; their appearance does not imply any partnership or endorsement.
The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind to the extent the law allows. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for investment losses. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.
IncomeRPG is in beta. Features may change or be removed, and bugs are likely. We recommend using the in-app save controls if you play across more than one device.
You may stop and delete your account at any time from ⚙️ Game Settings → Account. We may end or suspend service for breach of these terms, or if we discontinue the product — in which case we will give reasonable notice and refund any unused portion of a prepaid period.
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, and the courts there have exclusive jurisdiction, without affecting any consumer rights you have where you live.
